Delivery Costs

All orders are sent, first class recorded, via Royal Mail or DPD from our charming office in London. Our commitment is to ensure that we deliver all orders within our time limits. Any order placed after 4pm will be processed the following day (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays).

International orders may be assessed for custom duties and taxes. Please note this is not included in the delivery cost.

                                              

Do I have to pay customs and import charges? 

Delivery outside the U.K. may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company will contact you by telephone once your Items are in customs to let you know the cost. This may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Please be aware that if you don’t choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by Think Positive to you.

 

What courier companies do you use? 

We currently use Royal Mail or DPD as our courier company.

We deliver to many places including the UK, Europe, North America and other selected international destinations.

Do you gift wrap? 

At Think Positive we believe that the service you receive through purchasing online should be just as indulgent as shopping in one of the most luxurious stores. Therefore the packaging you receive  your goods in is a huge priority for us. Please ask for gift wrapping!

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Typically orders are picked and sent within 2 working days from receipt of your order, but please allow up to 4 working days for UK deliveries and 10 working days for goods to arrive for other destinations. This exclude special orders and items in backorder. 

Has my order been shipped yet?

Once you have paid for your order online, you will be sent an order confirmation within 24hrs.  We will contact you again by email letting you know when your order has been dispatched.
