1 Could I have an update about my MacKenzie-Childs preorder?
We import this lovely brand from America; For the latest lead time update, we advise to type the product name you are enquiring about in their website search bar. Please add 4 weeks to the expected date:

2 Where is my order?
Please check whether it was a 'Preorder' or 'Buy it now', in the former case, please see above. In the latter, we aim to deliver within 48 hours, Monday to Friday;  Orders placed after 3pm are fulfilled the following working day. We fulfil orders via an automated service, for this reason, follow ups are welcome, but unnecessary. 
3 Where are you based?
In London SW2 2UB, our warehouse is in  Milton Keynes  MK12 6HP.
4 Do you also sell in store?
We are unable to display all our collections in store, however, it is possible to click and collect at our warehouse, in Milton Keynes.
5 I am based outside the UK, do I have to pay import duties?
Nope - We offer Delivered Duty Paid to Europe, which is a delivery agreement whereby the seller assumes all responsibility and cost of transporting the goods until they reach an agreed-upon destination.
6 An item was delivered damaged, what now?
Despite our couriers do their best, damages occur every now and then; Please send images via email, as we are unable to assist over the phone. We kindly ask to fill in the form and return with a refundable Royal Mail Tracked 48 service:

7 I would like to return an item, how?
Please note that original shipping and return fees are non-refundable, we advise to use a tracked service as we are not liable for lost parcels:

8 I did not receive my order, despite it shows delivered; What now?
Unfortunately, we are unable to send replacement orders when a GPS tracking confirms the delivery location. We advise to check first with family members and neighbours. Worst case scenario, we kindly request to fill in a statement, our courier will then open an investigation.
9 There is a mark/ imperfection on my item; What now?
Handmade products show degrees of difference due to firing the ceramic, and being hand painted/ hand fired are all finished differently. This is not considered a defect, as it is the nature of production; To learn more:
